    Peter Martin C.P.O, President
 

 

Peter Martin is the President of Tradesman Alliance Group, Inc. (TAG) a leading provider of job site and project based support services throughout North America

Mr. Martin has worked extensively in both the North American and European markets. He is an internationally recognized expert in crisis management, threat / risk assessment and security practices.

He has been a frequent key note speaker on a variety of security and crisis management issues.

Mr. Martin is an active member in: Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, Overseas Security Advisory Council, Canadian & American Societies for Industrial Security and the Association of Counter-Terrorism and Security Professionals, to name only a few.


   
Joseph Schollaert, Senior Vice President
 


Mr. Schollaert has more than 18 years of experience in the security and business continuity services industry. Under his stewardship, thousands of personnel have been deployed throughout North America in skilled trades, security and logistical support positions.

He is a graduate from Duquesne University with bachelor degrees in criminal justice and psychology.

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Schollaert has direct oversight of TAG’s strategic growth, sales and marketing and operational planning and implementation.

Mr. Schollaert is a member of: American Management Association (AMA), Chief Executive Network, American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Business Industry Continuity Emergency Planning and Preparedness (BICEPP), Ohio Association of Security and Investigative Services (OASIS), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Sandler Sales Institute and the Sales Concepts Presidents Club.




   
Ed Zukowski, Vice President of Human Resources
 


Mr. Zukowski brings 18 years of human resources, training and employee development experience to his role as Vice President of Human Resources for TAG.
Previously, he served for eight years as the Director of Human Resources for a Cleveland-based franchising company. Additionally, Mr. Zukowski brings experience in conflict resolution, employee counseling, OSHA compliance, workplace accident investigation & documentation, benefit administration, corporate and field level recruiting.


Mr. Zukowski is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and served for three consecutive years on the business advisory committee for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Penn State University.

 


   
James Scally, Vice President Corporate Finance
 


Mr. Scally brings more than 12 years of experience in the areas of accounting, financial analysis and financial planning to his role as Vice President of Corporate Finance for TAG. In this role, he is responsible for developing and overseeing financial accounting and treasury policy and for managing all the financial affairs of the corporation.


After obtaining his Certified Public Accountant, C.P.A. license, Mr. Scally practiced in public accounting and internal audit prior to moving to the operational side of business.


He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from Kent State University. He also received his Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace College where he studied in the areas of: executive management, problem solving, effective communication, finance operations, group dynamics, team leadership, human resources management, organizational structure and behavior, and international awareness. Mr. Scally is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
